I fly SAA at least 6-7 times a year and their seats are not up to the standard of the cost of a business class ticket Too hard and even if you give us the extra padding, it is like lying on a doctor's bench. When you go to NY, which I will travel to at least 3-4 times this year, not a good experience as the flight is long.

I prefer Cathay Pacific and their fish bone configuration as their seats are softer and have more privacy.
